I hate sales pages that go on forever before giving a price (ew), so up-fucking-front I’m telling you this is a 6 week VIP Group for $1,299 USD. That’s $216 a group session, with one 1:1 session ($449 value). If we did this 1:1 as a coaching program, the fee would be $5,400+.
This group is designed to teach people how to work 1:1 with individual coaching clients and consult with brands, companies and organizations. I am sharing exactly how I land coaching clients, work with clients and brands – and how this whole circus works!

This is NOT a certification program, as that’s too defined and rigid for me. Rather, I’m taking this fall to show folks how I attract, book and work with 1:1 clients and brands. From how I write content and social media posts, to the cadence of client calls to pricing and invoicing.
I want to share my knowledge and help other folks be successful, showing up as YOU. The goal here isn’t to make little mini-me’s (ew), it’s to empower YOU to show up and help clients, with the systems and processes to do it.
The thing is, you’re gonna have to do some deep fucking work and confront limiting beliefs. I’m here to hold your hand and also call you out on your bullshit.

For this hyper-focused training program, I’m making all the content and coaching SUPER SPECIFIC for a super specific group of folks.
This VIP workshop series is for people who have worked as a coach or consultant 1:1, or those who know they should and can charge for this work.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a specific set of skills. You’re really good at helping people and/or brands get their shit together.
You are not fucking around about getting paid for your knowledge. And you are so done with folks asking to “pick your brain” for free.
You realize that you’re probably going to tick some people off. And you’ve made your peace with it, because you’ve decided not to sacrifice your peace for others.
OPTIONAL: Maybe you’re currently a coach or consultant, and you want help to tighten up your processes and make shit happen. This group is for you!
This program is NOT For You If:
You love excuses and cling to them like they’re a life raft on The Titanic. You can’t get shit done and it’s the fault of your dog, The Man, the weather, the stars, your parents, or your super annoying neighbor who plays their recorder at 4AM every day of the week.
Your current life partner(s) drags you and gaslights you. Break up with them and then come talk to me!
You need therapy. This is too common! I am being clear about this issue, because I see it a LOT. I’m not a therapist, baby!!! I hear your struggle, and I direct you (lovingly) to check out CBT Therapy! Or any therapy!
You want to dream big and stay stuck. Secretly, you don’t want to execute on SHIT. You’ll stick to dreaming about “someday” and taking action sometime in the vague future.
The Coaching Approach - I’m MEAN
Okay, so this training program is the AMPED UP version of my regular group coaching offering. This is a group coaching program where I’m not going to make space for excuses or reasons shit doesn’t get done.
I am going to show up as my empathetic and intersectional self, and I’m gonna pushback HARD on excuses and lack of progress.
Normally, I make space for “life issues” to pop up. NOPE! NOT DURING THIS VIP GROUP!
This can be hard to explain, so below I’ve shared 2 examples.
(SHOWING is more useful than telling, right?!)
*** Example 1 ***
Here’s how an example of how coaching call will go if a client didn’t make their commitment, due to a stressful week at their 9-5. Here’s a little scripted scenario:
Mean Brianne: I hear that challenge, that must have been frustrating to deal with at your job. What else did you do this week?
Client: Yeah, it was really stressful. I also cooked all day Saturday for my niece’s birthday bash, did XYZ things on my business, reorganized all of my closets and cleaned out my garage.
Mean Brianne: That is a busy week, and those sound like really valuable uses of your time. I love planning birthdays! When looking at your business goals, were all of these activities more important than your business?
Client: Well, no….. But it’s important to have a clean and organized house!!
Mean Brianne: I hear you. Is having a clean garage and reorganized closets more important to you than your business goals?
Client: Oh, shit. No.
Mean Brianne: Looking at your week, what activities should’ve gotten a lower priority? Where could you have “won back” 3-4 hours?
Client: I should’ve outsourced more for my nieces party, and I should’ve only done my closets. Then I would’ve had time to do my commitment.
Mean Brianne: I love this! It’s important to note that family and having an organized house are important aspects of life! But it’s important to make sure your business doesn’t get the shit end of the stick.
Too often, we aren’t getting shit done because of disorganized priorities and being a superstar for everyone else first – and ourselves last.
Womp womp!! And we don’t realize this is happening without someone pointing it out. Otherwise, it’s just a “hectic week” and we don’t take ownership over it.
*** Example 2 ***
Here’s how an example of how coaching call will go if a client didn’t make their commitment to write their About Page on their website, and they don’t have a good reason. Here’s a little scripted scenario:
Mean Brianne: Okay, let’s look at this issue more in-depth. Do you know how to write an About Page?
Client: Yes, and I even did research on others in my industry/niche. I just didn’t write it. I open up the document, and I’m stuck. I just stare at the blinking cursor. There’s so much I want to say!!
Mean Brianne: Okay, I hear that! It can be hard to share all of it in a document.
Client: Yeah, exactly! There’s just so much I offer and do, and I can’t make that fit on a page!!
Mean Brianne: That’s real! You have a diverse skillset! When it comes to your About Page, it’s critical to remember that this isn’t a memoir or biography. It is a page where you share relevant information on your background, and how your experience ties into your services. It is not the sum total of who you are.
Client: Oh… I see. Yeah, I was getting overwhelmed “defining myself…”
Mean Brianne: That happens! This week, your job is to set a timer for 40 minutes and just bullshit an About Page. Give yourself permission to have it suck ass. When the timer dings, set another timer for 15 minutes. During that time, edit the text you’ve written. It is totally normal to hate everything you’ve written. I don’t give a fuck if you hate it, and neither should you! When the second timer goes off, publish it to your website and move the fuck on.
Client: I hate this!
Mean Brianne: I know! Sucks to suck! It’s normal to hate parts of your website. Welcome to the club! No one can pay you for your services if your website is BLANK. Done is gonna get you paid, babe. Do you commit to doing this excercise this week?
Client: UGH. Yes, fine.
How This Training Works
For this training, we will:
Have 1 session a week (80 minutes), wherein each member shares an update and progress
Facebook group to share progress, wins and fears
One 1:1 Coaching Session with Moi
Network with the 8 other group members (total of 9 spots)
Call Schedule - 80 Minutes a Week
Every week, you will get on the phone and share an update on whether you made your homework happen. If you didn’t make your commitment happen, expect a fuck-ton of pushback from yours truly. Right now, calls are planned for Tuesdays at 6PM Pacific, but could change based on group needs.

Pre-work: Read “No, You Can’t Pick My Brain” (Included in course fee.)
Week 1 // September 21: Business Set Up | After intros and meeting everyone, I will share information on setting up a business. Accounting, Taxes, Costs, etc. We’re gonna get set up RIGHT to make money.
Week 2 // September 28: Ideal Client Types, Ethics & Offering | During this session, I’ll teach you how to write a service offering for your prospective clients (both orgs and individuals), as well as define you ideal client type. We’ll also discuss ethics and how to empower your clients to get the work done. (No weird mommy/parent vibes allowed!)
Week 3 // Oct 5: Consulting & Coaching FLOW | In this session, I’ll share how to design out a specific coaching or consulting flow to your client calls, as well as assign homework and give feedback. I’ll show you how I design and manage the flow of a coaching or consulting call, and how I design a client’s progression through an individual program.
Week 4 // Oct 12: Self-Promo | In this session, we’re going to cover SELF-PROMO. From writing blog posts to social posts to deciding what content to share for free to email marketing. (and how, exactly, to do all of that).
Week 5 // Oct 19: Marketing | We’re not going to be able to fit all of that ^^ in one session, so this session will cover the remainder of how I market, promote and share my offering – to get clients.
Week 6 // Oct 26: TBD || Based on Group Votes! This session can be about setting up residual income streams, courses, etc. We’ll see what you need and plop it in here!
Homework
Each week will include 2-3 hours of homework, and I will comment on your homework weekly. The homework will be customized for each participant, focusing on your specific skills, talent and approach.
Week 1: Create a business checking account, look into business insurance and schedule a consultant with an accountant (I have a rec).
Week 2: Complete “Ideal Client Type” Homework, Ethics Exercise and Brainstorm 3-4 packages/offerings
Week 3: Draft introduction materials for clients
Week 4: Self-Promo Plan - Customized Homework
Week 5: Self-Promo Plan - Customized Homework
Note: Some clients have completed parts of this course already. For those clients who have created their service offering with me, we will work on creating an email series, group course or blog post content during those weeks.
Network with Other Go-Getters
In group coaching, a HUGE part of the value is in networking with other go-getters. You’ll cheer each other on, have big “AHA!” moments and have a group of fellow business creators in your circle.
My clients frequently find themselves collaborating on future projects, sending each other leads and opportunities and co-creating some pretty awesome stuff.
